TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The healings and consultations provided via the website and in person meetings, trainings, workshops etc is in no way a substitute for advice from licensed doctors, lawyers or any other experts. Client discretion is advised

  • All information shared with client during the course of healings, consultations, meetings, group discussions in verbal, digital, written format etc cannot be shared and or distributed without prior written consent & approval by The Akashik Healer team

  • Except as indicated, no part of any material shared, electronic or otherwise, with any client may be reproduced, translated, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, microfilming, recording, or otherwise, without prior written consent from the founder 

  • Clients are prohibited from recording sessions conducted in any and all digital formats. If found in violation of the same, client will face a lifetime ban from using the services and courses on the website. Notes maybe taken manually if needed

  • Client privacy will be protected and all information shared during the course of healings, consultations, workshops etc will be considered confidential

  • Client agrees to allow confidential information to be shared within the Akashik Healing organisation only for training and education purposes so long as the information shared by clients is subject to sufficient modification and ensures anonymity of all required parties and non disclosure of all other sensitive information including but not limited to name, gender, sexual orientation and geographical locations.

  • Any violation of privacy due to negligence of practitioner/s should be reported immediately via email. Further investigation will be conducted basis same.

  • Any misbehaviour by any client with any practitioner/s will result in immediate termination of the session. An investigation will be conducted into the incident/s and client may be temporarily disabled from further use of any and all of the services provided till such time investigation is completed. Misbehaviour includes but is not limited to use of unparliamentary language, threats of violence, discrimination based on race, gender, caste, religion, sexual orientation etc, expression of appreciation or lack thereof of the physical appearance of practitioner/s, other forms of overt and covert sexual misconduct etc

  • If investigation concludes that client has misbehaved with practitioner/s, the session in question is not subject to refund. Furthermore the client will be banned from the use of any and all services provided by the website

  • The Akashik Healer team reserves the right to reject any client for any and all services provided. Refunds for the same will be processed as per policy.

Refund Policy

Disclaimer

  • Clients who are denied any service or product at the discretion of the Akashik Healer are eligible for full refund

  • Clients who are found to be in violation of the terms & conditions of the Akashik Healer are not eligible for full or partial refund

  • Cancellations made before 24 Hours of a scheduled service are subject to full refunds. Cancellations made within 24 Hours of a scheduled session are eligible for 75% partial refund.

  • i.e. for an example if a session is scheduled for 12 noon on the 24th of July, a client may cancel the session till 11:59 am on 23rd July and obtain a full refund. Cancellations from 12 noon on the 23rd of July are subject to refund of  75% of total amount paid

  • Rescheduling of sessions, if required, is advised to be done 48 Hours prior to the booked date & time

  • Rescheduling of sessions within 48 Hours of the booked date & time is subject to a rescheduling fee Rs 200/-

  • All sessions will be paid for fully, in advance of the sessions & are subject to the refund policy stated above

  • Incase of cancellation of a scheduled session by the Akashic Pathways team, client will be given an option of full refund or re-scheduling of the session

The client assumes full responsibility for all implications  that arise from the decisions made by the client including but not limited to the agreement to receive healings, readings, consultations, training and the use of information shared during consultations, trainings, healings etc
